San Joaquin Asparagus Festival

Stockton is known for its asparagus, with the infamous spear once grown by the thousands of acres in the area. Of course, they have an Asparagus Festival. The San Joaquin Asparagus Festival is the largest festival of its kind, and is held at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds, April 12-14, 12-10pm for all 3 days. Tickets can be purchased on their website or in-person. The festival being held at the Fairgrounds means there are of course a wide variety of activities, from carnival rides, craft beer, family events, etc.
